Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
Just one last Word before we leave David and the wilderness. If the desert and wilderness is your right now experience. A word of encouragement from the Lord: “Be still and know that I Am God (Psalm 46:10).”
Sometimes the “stuff” comes in…life just hurts, doesn’t seem fair, pain in our hearts, angst of our souls, discouragement comes in…it is then that we are privileged as children of the Most High God to cry to Abba Father, our Daddy, and lay our heads on His shoulder and cast our cares on Him.
If this is your season, I pray The Word through the Holy Spirit and the music below will minister to your heart as you cry out, “O God, You are my God”. I will trust you through this storm.
He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all,
how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
