Give thanks always

Ephsians 5.20

Ephesians 5:20 (ESV)

giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father
in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ…”

O Heavenly Father,
Blessings, honor and glory to Your Holy Name!

My heart is full of gratitude. Make my life one of thanksgiving and perpetual praise…and then let my life of praise last through eternity. Great things you have done! Lord, even when circumstances are hard, I bow before You and give You thanks because I know You are watching over me and all my help come from You.

I thank you not for the pain but because I know You will bring good from every attack of the enemy. I am going to be still and know that You are God and that You will bring good as I trust and wait on You. I am so like David when he said, “If it had not been for the Lord who was on our side,” where would I be? But You were on my side and I am grateful.

You are Great! My dependence and sufficiency is in You, my Creator, Sustainer, Provider, and Protector. Thank you that my  expectation is in You; my hope, joy, peace and strength is found in You alone and that Your grace is sufficient for my need.

I call on You in the day of trouble and remain confident that I will see Your goodness in the land of the living. I will be strong and take heart and wait for You, my Lord. Thank you for Your future grace of deliverance and strength. You are the Giver of every good and perfect gift. There is none like You!

Blessings and honor and glory be to Your Most High Name!

In Jesus Name,
Amen

  1. Thank you much for your lesson taught last night at Bible Study and your early morning lesson today. It’s amazing the wonders of Jesus Christ and how we can miss them if we don’t be still!

  2. Thanking God for allowing me to rise this morning to such a beautiful and encouraging word! From this message I received that keeping a heart of gratitude & praise is what keeps us centered and focused on To Him Who Sits on the throne Forever and Forever! Blessings to beholdingministries for spreading the Good News wanting everyone to know who “JESUS” Is!
